Milton Frank Camp of the Arts
The Milton Frank Camp of the Arts provides campers with an opportunity to express themselves creatively in both the visual and performing arts. Our sessions are structured to give students the chance to explore a wide variety of exciting art forms. Each session is led by professional artist, actors, filmmakers, and teachers. Swimming lessons and free swim time are also included in the camp schedule.

Pottery/Ceramics Workshop

Explore the techniques involed in creating original pottery. Learn hand-building, glazing, and finishing methods in this fun session. Experiment with throwing bowls and cylinders on the potter’s wheel. Produce functional pieces (pots, pencil holders, vases), and bring imaginative and mythological creations to life.

Project Runway

Create new outfits and accessories of your own design! Learn basic sewing skills to expand your wardrobe, and create fantastic costumes using found objects. Students will also create original jewelry! As a culminating activity, we’ll turn up the spotlights and music and head down the runway at the Friday afternoon Fashion Show for family and friends…Don’t miss it.

Triple Threat
Enjoy a total musical theatre experience and become a “Triple Threat” in the theatre world. Study acting, singing, and dancing under the guidance of musical theatre professionals. Campers will learn traditional acting techniques and methods, the tools for successful centering while dancing, and the concept of "subtext" while performing a song. Monologues, audition songs, and dance pieces will be rehearsed throughout the camp. The camp will end with a presentation for family, friends, and other campers. (Appropriate footwear required)
