you begin your own fitness program at either JCC fitness center, we
want you to come and feel like your home, but with professional staff
and trainers who are there to encourage and push you to achieve your
fitness and wellness goals. We'll get you started with a FREE fitness
assessment with a certified personal trainer and together you can
embark on the path towards creating a healthier you. And if you're
already into fitness, we welcome you to come and be a part of the JCC
family. Try out our fitness centers, aerobics classes, spin, yoga,
Pilates and everthing we have to offer.
