Check-in Procedures
• Parent will be required to check-in at the front desk and pay for babysitting services. Although JPlus members are free, you must still check-in so that front desk can ring up the sale to present you a receipt.

• 24-hour reservations have a priority to admittance. Waiting list reservations have next priority to admittance. Drop-ins will only be allowed if space is available. No exeptions. For drop-ins, the front desk staff will call the KidZone and verify available space.

• Upon payment, a receipt or punchcard voucher will be presented. As visits are deducted from the electronic
punchcard, a printed voucher will be considered as proof of payment and will indicate the number of visits remaining on the punchcard.

• Parent must take this receipt or punchcard voucher to the KidZone staff (babysitter). Child will NOT be accepted to enter the KidZone unless the parent has a paid receipt or voucher.

• Parent will be required to show a picture ID to pick up their child. The same parent that drops off the child MUST be the parent that picks up the child.

• In case of emergency, parent must remain in the building while the child is in babysitting. Parent must pick up the child BEFORE the hours of operation close. No exeptions.
