Nutrition Programs
We have two available programs to assist our seniors in receiving meals. If you are able to join us at out Nutrition site, please call Kate to make arrangement. If you are unable, you should call and find out if you are in the surrounding area which we cover in our Home Delivered Meals Program.
YPD Helps Out at the JCC Nutrition SiteOn Monday, April 28 members of the Young Professionals Division (YPD) of the Jewish Federation participated in the service project at the Covenant Chai Nutrition site serving meals to local seniors. A great time was had by all and feelings of warmth and involvement made it a great evening.

the details...Social Nutrition: Meals ProgramHot, kosher meals are available to individuals 60 years old and older in the
community at the JCC/Covenant House Senior Center. A different dinner menu is offered daily, Monday-Friday. Social programs include entertainment,
informational programs, bingo and parties.

Social Nutrition:
Home Delivered Meal ProgramFreshly prepared kosher breakfast and dinner meals are available to homebound
individuals. Meals are delivered Monday-Friday within a designated service
area. Frozen meals are also available for the weekends.
