Please leave the following information if you're calling for tickets:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone
- Name of production for which you wish to purchase tickets
- Date of preformance for which you wish to purchase tickets
- 2nd choice of date
- Number of tickets you wich to purchase
- Indicate whether you are a JCC member or Senior (over 65)
- Your credit card number with expiration date and how your name appears on the credit card
Box Office Policies- Box office hours are 9 – 4, Monday – Friday. Messages left over the weekend
will be returned on the next business day
- All tickets are non-refundable
- Individual tickets are not exchangeable
- Subscribers may exchange tickets up to 48 hours in advance of a performance.
(There are no exchanges after a performance.)
- Original tickets must be received before new tickets are issued.
- There is no reserved seating. Seating is general admission; first come,
first served.
- On night of performance, the box office opens one hour before curtain. The
house opens 30 minutes before curtain.
- A waiting list will be taken at the door one hour prior to curtain.
- Seats not filled 10 minutes before curtain may be sold to waiting list
patrons.
- Because of the configuration of our theatre space, latecomers may not be
seated.
- Inclement weather policy: performances will only be cancelled in the event
the building is closed.
- Season subscribers will be accommodated on a stand-by basis for a later
performance.
- Please notify the box office if you are unable to use your tickets
