Cancellation & Makeup Policy
1. If participant cancels after the class registration deadline, but before the first class, there will be a 75% cancellation charge.
2. Once the session begins, there will be no refund if participant cancels.
3. Make-ups will not be allowed, unless a written doctor’s note accompanies the request. This must be arranged with the coordinator.
I worked out at the J for over 14 years using the same elliptical machine over and over. Then a friend of mine with cancer told me to get healthy and live every day to the fullest. I started working with one of the JCC’s certified personal trainers and started strength training and running and I’ve lost 20 pounds and have never felt better.
