the details...Alpha Waves Swim ClubThis swimming club is a developmental program for those that desire an instructional fun approach to swimming. Emphasis will be placed on teaching the fundamentals, such as starts, turns, and all four competitive strokes. Small sessions will also expose students to other water sports such as water polo and synchronized swimmign. Participants must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke.

Adult Swim ClubJoin this swim club
and get assistance and a coached workout from a member of the JCC coaching
staff. Participate in our lap counter chart and work on your strokes. Perfect
for those training for a triathlon or wanting to improve their technique and
endurance. All swimming levels and abilities are welcome and feel free to drop
in.
