Improve your circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and experience relaxation with this most common massage technique.

Aromatherapy Massage
Uses essential oils from plants to heal, alleviate pain and regulate mood. A relaxing aromatherapy massage may include lavender or bergamot, while a massage for sore muscles might include peppermint and eucalyptus.

Deep Tissue Massage
A more focused massage on a specific joint, muscle or muscle group, the deep tissue massage starts superficially and eases into the depth of the muscle to ease aches and tension while improving circulation and relaxation.

I worked out at the J for over 14 years using the same elliptical machine over and over. Then a friend of mine with cancer told me to get healthy and live every day to the fullest. I started working with one of the JCC’s certified personal trainers and started strength training and running and I’ve lost 20 pounds and have never felt better.
