HI-NRG Gymnastics for Preschoolers

Build agililty, speed, coordination and confidence while learning new skills. Children will learn cartwheels, handstands, and the basics on the balance beam, rings and parallel bars from an experienced, enthusiastic HI-NRG instructor! This is a drop-off class for children ages 3-5.
