• Cancellation Policy-If a participant cancels after the class registration deadline, but before the first class they will receive a 75% credit towards another program in the Sports Recreation & Aquatics Department. (This credit will be 75%, but must be inclusive of any uniform or equipment charges.) This credit must be used within one year of date issued. Once the session begins, there will be no refund, if the participant cancels.

• Weeknight team practice times offered at J
• Coach must submit team roster and individual registration forms for all players.
• Individual sign ups without a team will be put on waiting list and placed on teams if available.
• Teams may begin their weeknight practice at the J in mid-August. Call for availability.
• Kindergarten is coed and is 5 vs 5 with no goalies/1st-4th is 8 vs 8 with goalie/ 5th-8th is 11 vs 11 with goalie.
• All participants will receive team jersey, shorts, socks and trophy.
