6th Annual Indoor Triathlon

Challenge yourself to the J's Sixth Annual Indoor Triathlon. Participants can choose from either the sprint course, the long course or choose to do them both over the two days. So get ready, choose your course and take the opportunity to become part of this great event and get prepared for the upcoming outdoor racing season.
Long event heats start at 6:00 am each day and run in 50 minute intervals. Sprint event heats will begin approximately 1 hour after last long event scheduled heat and run in 30 minute intervals. Confirmation emails will be sent with information regarding heat times and packet pickup.
Sprint Course:
- Swim 400 yards (8 laps / 16 lengths) in Indoor Pool
- Bike 8 miles on a Spin bike
- Run 2.5 miles on a treadmill
- $30m/$40p
Long Course:
- Swim 750 yards (15 laps / 30 lengths) in Indoor Pool
- Bike 18 miles on a Spin bike
- Run 5 miles on a treadmill
- $40m/$50p
Two Day Sprint: $50m/$70p
Two Day Long: $70m/$90p
Two Day Combination: $60m/$80p
