The J and Nishmah are partnering to present a one day conference devoted to women's health and wellness - body, mind and spirit.  The conference will include an inspiring keynote address  by journalist and New York Times best-selling author, Peggy Orenstein, highlighting the importance of women's relationships, through the telling of our stories, and their impact on women's emotional health.  Experience over twenty workshops, such as Sexuality through the Lifecycle; Personal Safety; Your Jewish Journey: By Chance or By Choice; You, Yourself & Your Body: Tapping Into Your Core Strength; and Gentics for Life: A Practical & Spiritual Approach to Breast Canceer.  The afternoon also features a Women's Health and Wellness Expo, with local vendors and organizations, the J Fitness staff and hands-on demonstrations.
