Nat. Occurring Retirement Community (NORC)
65 yrs and older
Did you know that the JCC's Creve Coeur location serves as an epicenter for a nationally recognized Naturally Occuring Retirement Community, also called a NORC? A NORC includes adults age 65+ living in a designated service area. St. Louis' area is coordinated by the Jewish Federation of St. Louis in partnership with the Jewish Community Center, Jewish Family & Children’s Services and Washington University Center for Aging.
Services available through the JCC include
- Special JCC membership
- Transportation to a variety of scheduled destinations
- Chair exercise classes
- Lounge space at the JCC
- Programs covering various topics.
