Men's Recreational and Competitive Basketball Leagues

The most spirited leagues in the area! Games consist of 20-minute halves with clock stops on dead balls. Teams can have up to 12 players for the ten-game regular season (winter) and eight-game regular season (spring), both which come with playoffs. The competitive league is for individuals with high school and college experience.

• The competitive league is open to players with high school and college experience.
• The recreational league is for players with some high school experience and/or those who participate in pick-up games and other organized play.
• There will be a regular season and post-season tournament.  Tournament champions receive awards.
• Jerseys are provided for first time teams ($15 per jersey fee applies).
• JCC staff reserves the right to move teams to a different league and/or split or combine the league(s) based on enrollment.
• Team captain ONLY should register and submit roster to Phil Ruben.
• Individual players should contact Phil for placement on a team when possible.
