We offer a complementary private session for those who are interested in the program. During this time, your instructor will evaluate your needs and advise a program that will help you reach your goals. From this session, you will be able to choose from the Pilates services we offer.

Semi-Private Pilates Reformer Training (2-3 participants)
Semi-private Pilates Reformer training allows you and a friend to exercise together. Sharing the benefits and experience of Pilates Reformer training with a friend is a fun, motivating way to enhance your quality of life.

Small Group Pilates Reformer Training (4-5 participants)
The small group classes emphasize rhythmic, fluid movements which the participants perform in unison. The instructor guides the group through the Pilates exercises. Each session will build upon the previous, challenging the group and maximizing the results. These 4 week sessions will always begin on the first FULL week of the month and meet on a specific day and time each week. In order to participate in a small group, a member is required to have three private Pilates sessions.
