Assisted Stretching

Individualized 15 minute sessions with one of our nationally certified personal trainers can lead to reduced arthritic symptoms, improved physical performance, improved posture and range of motion, decreased deterioration of joints, reduced risk of low back pain and improved muscle coordination.

Sports Specific Training
12 yrs and older
If you're looking for an advantage in your sport, here's your chance! Whether you're preparing for the season or to maintain your stamina, our professional training staff can create a program. You will learn various exercises to enhance performance and ability, including balance, agility, strength, endurance and flexibility. Your workout can be catered to put you in peek performance and hone your skills as the season approaches. Training programs can be catered to these sports:

Stand Strong
55 yrs and older
