Home Alone Class
For ages 9-11
This class covers topics such as simple first aid, stranger danger, dealing with loneliness and boredom, trust and honesty and is designed for children who are staying home alone for the first time or need more skills for greater self-confidence.

Sitter Skills Class

This class covers topics such as sitter expectations, basic child care, safety, first-aid and child development and is designed for beginning baby-sitters to help make their sitting experience a success.

Total Control Introductory Class
If you find yourself always running to the bathroom due to incontinence or an overactive bladder, you are not alone. Total Control is a medically-based fitness and educational program that can transform women's lives. This introductory class educates participants on the importance of good pelvic health, which includes strengthening the core muscles, healthy diet and nutrition tips and resources available to women. Class is taught by an exercise specialist.
