55 yrs and older

Believe it or not, falls leading to fractured bones is the leading cause of mortality in people ages 65 years and older. You can avoid being part of that statistic and reduce your risk of falls while improving your overall health. Stand Strong is designed and implemented by our personal trainers to focus on balance, core stability and strengthening to help prevent such falls.


Sessions are offered at both locations and last 30 minutes. Each session is $36.
