Specialty Training
Kick your training up a notch!
These specialty training sessions are a perfect combination of low-cost and high-efficiency. By focusing on an interest of your choosing - Suspension Training, Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA Fitness - these 45-55 minute sessions allow the intensity of an individual training session with the camaraderie and group atmosphere that build healthy bodies and relationships! A great supplement to weekly personal training, or an alternative for a small group. Our educated fitness staff will motivate you throughout.
Private Group Personal Training vs. Signature Group Training
Signature Training…
- Small group personal training for 4-6 people
- Special interest training style (i.e. TRX, Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA Fitness and more!)
- Open for new participants to drop-in for a single workout, or to register for monthly sessions.
- Participants may change over time
- Format is always consistent
- Less individualized, discounted pricing = intense workout!
Private Group Training…
- 4-6 people share the cost of the same trainer with similar training goals
- Group decides who participates (friends, family, or co-workers, etc)
- Group decides common goal

Box Your B.E.S.T.
Boxing Endurance Strength Training is a high-powered and hard hitting small group workout to increase your stamina, strength, and speed. Using a combination of conditioning exercise tailored around the sport of boxing, you will burn calories and shed body fat! Along the way, you will learn proper boxing form and technique to improve your total body coordination and conditioning.
Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a high-powered and hard hitting small group workout which increases your stamina, strength, and speed. Using conditioning exercises and kickboxing techniques, you’ll work up a sweat as you burn calories and shed body fat! You’ll learn proper kickboxing form to improve your total body balance, coordination and conditioning.
TRX - Battle Rope Boot Camp
Take your workout to a new level in our TRX-BattleRope Boot Camp! This is a small group training session (outdoors during appropriate weather) and is a hardcore, no holds barred, kick your tail workout. Using the TRX Suspension Training unit, Battle ropes, and the trainer’s imagination, this Boot Camp will challenge even the best. Classes are intended for outdoors so dress appropriately.
J.A.M.M.A. Fitness
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighters have to be in top physical condition. Now you can be as fit as them. Our MMA Fitness class will have you doing all the same drills and exercises that the real fighters do. This class is a non-contact class (no-sparring), the only things you will be hitting are MMA “dummies,” heavy bags, and/or sparring mitts.
Fitness For Lunch: TRX
Short on time for the lunch break? This TRX small group training program is the perfect workout to maximize your time and your results! Only 45-minutes long, this high intensity, total-body exercise workout will challenge you!
Fitness For Lunch: Box Your B.E.S.T.
This small group workout has all the same components of Box Your B.E.S.T., but ramped up for a fast faced 45-minute workout to get you in and out of the gym during your lunch break. A killer workout in a short amount of time!
