Yoga Program

Yoga builds strength, flexibility, and balance through a unique combination of breathing techniques and flowing connective movements. Yoga is the practice of balancing the negative and positive energies while harmonizing body, breath and mind. The J is pleased to offer beginning, intermediate and advanced level classes at various times throughout the day, seven days a week.

Beginner Yoga
Yoga classes for beginners are now available at the Staenberg Family Complex. If you've always wanted to see what yoga was about and were afraid to try it, now is your chance. Build strength, flexability and balance as you use movements and breathing techniques to create a healthier you.

Yoga
A continuation of the yoga experience to challenge you. More positions and techniques will be explored as you continue to build and enahnce strength, flexability and balance.

Private Yoga
Individualized goal oriented Yoga program to build strength, flexibility and balance through a unique combination of breathing techiniques and flowing connective movements.

Pilates Program

Pilates is a method of conditioning developed over 90 years ago by Joseph Pilates.  The exercises are designed to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility and balance, and unite the body and mind to create a more streamline shape. Our professional instructors will encourage you and allow you to make progress at your own pace with Pilates at beginnner, intermediate and advanced levels.  Both group and private Pilates classes are offered.

Reformer Pilates

Offers you one-on-one attention from a certified Pilates instructor on the Pilates Reformer and Cadillac. These machines are designed to enhance your Pilates training by adding resistance to each exercise.

Spin Program

Indoor Cycling or Spin will provide you one of the most intense and thrilling workouts yet! This popular class is ideal for those needing a non-impact training session that will work all parts of the body, specifically the legs, abdomen, back and hips. So hop on a bike and experience the fun of Spin.
